Training

Fall: Organize both casual group rides and faster rides for the team members. We also host skills sessions for new members on the team to learn how to ride in a group, draft, corner, sprint, and more.

Winter: Once it gets too cold to ride, we move indoors to computrain, through our gracious sponsor Higher Gear, and lift weights once or twice a week. Computraining allows us to do focused training, competing with each other in a controlled environment, with music on the speakers and flat screen TVs for readouts.

Spring: Race season! We train regularly to prepare for the upcoming collegiate season. For those who are interested in racing, visit our Racing page.
